Aragorn first, followed by Boromir. If you watch the extended editions of the movie they do a lot better job of showing him as a real person rather than just some selfish guy who wants the ring for himself. Also, the books (what really matters ) portray him a bit different than in the movie.

I voted Sam, though Sam, Merry and Pippin are my favourites. They're just hilarious!

Yeah, Merry and Pip in particular are so great ^^ dunno about Sam.. sometimes he's just a bit too gay imo And about Boromir, yeah, he's quite some character too.. Always pitied him; though I like his brother better

Lol, well of course Legolas and Aragorn (in the movies) are the hottest, but my favourite character has to be Frodo. He's just so selfless and genuine, he gives up his freedom and risks his life so many times, makes so many sacrifices. I'm glad he survives though and gets to rest with the elves at the end...

Hehe - Frodo and Sam DO have that 'lover's vibe' going on between them! LOL. Sure can find plenty of parodies there! Haha - and Gandalf too - bit of a vibe goin on there sometimes......... Oh yeah -= and don't forget that bit where Gimli says 'you're going to have to toss me!' in Fellowship, then in Two Towers he says to Aragorn 'toss me, I want you to toss me' then 'don't tell the elf' LOL!!!!

Not really, he marries that other hobbit girl, right? And Sam is not affected by the ring's power, since he's so super cool (or something like that).

Yeah, I remember killing myself laughing with my friends the one time when he says "Gandalf?" in the most gay way ever. Can't remember exactly what part its at though.

I think I cried most of the times I saw Frodo's face, but it was very traumatic, and since I couldn't recover from the following depression, I've supressed the memories.
... what I'm trying to say, I guess, is that I don't like Elijah Wood as Frodo. In fact, I don't really like Elijah Wood at all.
